1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "Hioneonly" platform (the "Platform"), operated by Hidoly s.r.l., registered office at Via Alessandro Riberi n. 4, 10124 Torino (TO), Italy, VAT no. IT10678120014 (REA TO-1153153) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The service
The Platform is an AI-powered tool that helps businesses create marketing content (such as text, images and videos) and publish it to channels they choose to connect. Features may evolve over time as we improve the service.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and, where you act for a business, authorised to bind that business.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;
- create or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful;
- violate the terms or community guidelines of any connected channel;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
5. Your content and AI-generated output
You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. Because content is produced with the help of artificial intelligence, you should review each output before publishing it; we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Third-party integrations
The Platform lets you connect third-party services such as social networks and business profiles (for example TikTok, Meta and Google Business Profile). When you connect and publish to these services, your use is also governed by their own terms, policies and community guidelines. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or withdraw access to their APIs at any time, which may affect Platform features.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you or third parties create, publish or rely on. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties. On termination, the relevant provisions of these Terms survive, and data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of Turin (Torino), Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
